This fully restored house with a centuries-old tradition is located in the immediate vicinity of the Logarska Valley and Roban's Corner, in front of the village of Solčava. It offers the possibility of peaceful rest and relaxation in the embrace of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. Our story begins along the Savinja River, where we have been nurturing a tradition of hospitality since 1967. Experience a genuine connection with nature, local heritage and the comfort of a boutique stay. We welcome everyone with open arms.

Alpine boutique

The property offers six boutique rooms, each with a unique theme dedicated to the values of our family tradition. The rooms follow the Alpine character of the architecture, using natural materials and colours that bring the characteristics of our environment into the space. Each of the six rooms is uniquely furnished with carefully selected details - from the peaceful murmur of the Savinja River and its tributary Rogovilc to the warmth of the old homestead. Every corner of the accommodation has been designed with your well-being in mind.

    Breakfast in a basket, covered with a gorgeous tablecloth, adding to the homeliness. The contents are attractive to the eye and even more so to the stomach:-) , homemade, tasty, just the right amount of everything... I've never eaten a breakfast of croutons with cracklings and milk anywhere before. I'm a fan of meat products, but still, a positive surprise. Otherwise, the close proximity to the river, the sushi club this year, still enough to cool down, a little "yakuzi", I enjoyed it immensely...

    A pleasant, thoughtfully designed stay with comfortable beds, a peaceful view and a delicious local breakfast. The accommodation was excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room overlooked a quiet stream and a meadow with sheep - absolutely idyllic. Breakfast was the highlight. They brought us a basket full of authentic local food, sourced from their own produce and that of their neighbours. Our hosts were wonderful - very hospitable and helpful.
    It is clear that this space has been designed with care and attention to detail. This is truly Slovenian hospitality at its best!

    Exceptional accommodation in the Upper Savinja Valley This spacious and beautifully decorated room is accessible from a shared, elegantly furnished entrance lobby. Each room had a different theme. Beautiful historic building with a lovely terrace. In the morning we woke up to the sounds of the river and sheep... Delicious homemade breakfast brought to us in a beautifully arranged basket!

    Amazing!! Simply amazing. I booked at the last minute for one night and stayed two. The host was so friendly and knowledgeable about the region. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. My room had a large comfortable bed, a table with two chairs by the window, a sofa to relax on and plenty of cubes to store clothes and travel stuff. The Honor wine and beer system just outside my room was handy. And very clean with new furniture. Good internet. What else can I say. Very nice.

    Beautiful apartment in a great location! It enjoys a great location, next to the river and the mountains. There are some hiking trails nearby, but you will need a car or a bike to get around. Our host was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and spacious.

Our family believes that true stories are hidden in simple moments - in the warmth of the hearth, in the flavours of traditional dishes, and in the stories of life in Solčava, which we are happy to share with our guests.

Logar Valley and Solčava

The boutique rooms at Pri Rogovilcu are located at the entry of the Robanov kot glacial valley. The valley was protected as a landscape park in 1987 and is an exceptional place for walks and a great starting point for excursions into the high mountains. The Logar Valley (Logarska dolina), one of the most beautiful and most frequently depicted Alpine glacial valleys in Europe, is also in the immediate vicinity.
